our mohair blankets are luxuriously large (135 x 220 cm), fluffy and soft, light as a feather and yet extremely warm. the blankets are woven by hand with great love and expertise. the ideal material mix of 77 percent mohair, 18 percent wool and 5 percent polyamide guarantees optimum comfort.

mohair wool comes from angora goats. mohair means “the best fleece”. the spun yarn made of mohair fibres has small ringlets, so-called loops. these are dry-roughened with natural thistle and torn open in the process – this makes them fluffy and strengthens the fibre bond. the effect: the mohair blanket hardly loses any hair. available in various colours, CHF 960.
